Newborn photography gift registry service

Newborn photography Melbourne gift registry

The Latent Image Photography is delighted to announce the launch of our newborn gift registry. This new service enables your friends and family to make contributions towards your imagery that you will value for a lifetime.

We are excited to be teaming up with Album Registry to offer this service. Please don’t let this name mislead you, as this service will allow you to access my entire product range. The Latent Image Photography gift registry is a free service. Simply let us know how many guests will be attending your baby shower and we will supply you or your baby shower host with beautifully crafted cards to slip into your invitations for your guests. The easy to follow instructions will be detailed on the gift registry cards for your friends, family and colleagues to contribute towards your perfect gift.

How does it work?

The expectant parents contact me directly through my contact page. We set up an appointment for you to come into the studio to view our extensive range of products on offer, at which point you select your desired photographic gift. Together we customise your online registry and agree the timeframes for which you would like your registry to be active.  At this stage we will book your newborn session and process your non-refundable $200 creative session fee, as applies when confirming all newborn sessions.  This is all that is needed to get the process set up. We will take care of everything from there!

Can I set up a registry as a surprise for my pregnant friend?

Unfortunately not, newborn photography is a very personalised service. After years of supplying newborn photography gift vouchers, I have noticed that new parents, either didn’t attend the newborn sessions, wasting your thoughtful  gift, or were put off by the prospect of having to make a contribution towards something they knew they would fall in love with, but didn’t have the full budget for.  I feel very strongly in complete and total transparency for my clients. This is why the expectant parents themselves need to book their newborn session and set up their own gift registry arrangements.

How do I share my registry?

The Latent Image Photography will supply you with beautifully crafted cards for your baby shower host to include within your baby shower invitations. You can also share your link through Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. The more people you share the link with, the more contributions are likely to be made towards your newborn package.

How do you my loved ones contribute to wards my registry?

Your family, friends and colleagues can contribute through a safe and secure gift registry platform with a link supplied to them on the gift registry card at your baby shower. You will be notified when ever a contribution is made.

What if my registry doesn’t make its target?

This could perhaps be a possibility, but does not present a problem. You can either select make a gap payment towards your desired photographic product  investment or you can choose an alternative studio package that works within the budget set by your registry, or we can also customise a package to suit the registry budget. Either way, you will be leaving the studio with beautiful printed imagery of your new baby for your family to keep for generations to come!

What if my friends and family want to give me a physical token of their gift at my shower to show their contribution?

Your loved ones can call at the studio and we will arrange to have a customised contribution card printed for them to give you at your shower. A box and gift wrapping can be supplied for an additional fee.

Thank you for stopping by. We hope that you will appreciate the flexibility provided by our new gift registry service and that it may allow you to ultimately own that unique photographic piece that you always desired but perhaps was a bit beyond your reach.

Should you have any questions, please dont hesitate to contact us via our contact page.
